Privacy and control of your data

Spider Data works on the data your operation already generates inside R2 OS: reservations, cash, channels, payments and guests. We do not copy your information to an external tool or sell it to third parties.

Access is controlled per team: you decide who sees what, from the front desk to direction. The numbers you see always come from the source, traceable and auditable, not from a loose sheet.

If you choose to export your data or connect it to Power BI, Tableau or Looker, you do it through an API under your control. Your data is never trapped in a cage.
